I’m Famous and Frightened
I’m Famous and Frightened is a paranormal themed show made by Living TV. It ran from 12th March 2004 to 7th February 2005.
The show’s basic format involved eight celebrities – including former Buck’s Fizz star Cheryl Baker, Coronation Street’s Julie Goodyear and Eastender’s Danielle Westbrook – staying for three nights in a haunted castle. They also had to perform ten terrifying tasks for charity. Each celebrity was evicted, Big Brother style, until the winner remained.
From Series 2 onwards, a spin-off show, I’m Famous and Frightened Extra, was made, and hosted by Brian Dowling.
